Sporti Merchant an international manpower recruitment company, has organized a workshop for manpower supply agents in Ghana. The event was highlighted by discussions on International recruitment challenges, how to source for candidates, and Candidate contract agreement. Other topics treated were, preparing candidates for interviews, proper medical tests, proper documentation and deployment of candidates.
The event was held at the Golden Tulip, Kumasi City on the 27th December 2019. Mr Osei Boakye, the CEO of Sporti Merchant shared great insights with the agents at the event.
Patrons at the workshop left the progamme being enriched with new ideas and strategies to improve their business.
